Put your jewellery on last when you dress, and take it off first when you get home. Perfume, hairspray, lotion, sweat and water are what dull plating fastest.

Never wear it in the shower, the pool or the sea, and take it off before you sleep or exercise.

After wearing, wipe each piece gently with the soft cloth included in your parcel. Do not use toothpaste, soap, sanitiser or any chemical cleaner on plated jewellery.

Store pieces separately in the pouch provided, away from damp. Jewellery kept loose in a box scratches against itself, and humidity is what turns plating dark.
