About these terms: they apply when you use someting.in or buy from us. someting is a brand of Fyash Lifestyle Private Limited, India. By placing an order you agree to these terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery and Replacement & Exchange Policy.

What we sell: premium imitation jewellery, also called fashion jewellery. It is not gold or silver, and the stones are not precious stones. Metal colours are plated finishes (gold-tone, silver-tone, rose gold-tone or antique) over brass and alloy bases, and stones are AD stones, pearl beads or coloured glass. The Material & Quality page explains this in full.

Photos and colour: we photograph pieces to show them as they are, but screens differ and hand-finished pieces vary a little, so colour, shine and stone shade may look slightly different in person. Sizes and measurements are approximate. Small variations like these are not defects.

Prices: all prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of all taxes. Any shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay. Discount codes apply only as described with the code and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Payment: orders are paid online at checkout by UPI, card or netbanking through our payment partner. Cash on Delivery is offered only when and where the checkout shows it as available.

Your order: an order is confirmed once payment succeeds and you receive our confirmation. We may cancel an order if a piece turns out to be out of stock, a price was shown incorrectly, or the order looks fraudulent. If we cancel a paid order, we refund the full amount to the original payment method.

Cancellations: you can cancel any order before it ships — message us on WhatsApp or email [email protected] with your order number, and we refund the full amount to your original payment method. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled; our Replacement & Exchange Policy applies instead.

Shipping, damage and exchanges: delivery times and charges are set out on our Shipping & Delivery page. We do not offer refunds on delivered orders; transit damage is replaced and size or colour exchanges are handled exactly as our Replacement & Exchange Policy describes.

Care and wear: plating is a surface finish and wears over time, faster with perfume, water and sweat. Follow our Care Guide to keep pieces bright. We are not responsible for wear, tarnishing or breakage that happens after delivery.

Using the site: please do not misuse the site, attempt to break its security or copy its photos and content for commercial use. All photos, text and branding on someting.in belong to Fyash Lifestyle Private Limited.

Limitation of liability: to the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under Indian consumer law.

Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute will be handled by the competent courts in India.
