Antique pink stone layered necklace
A layered necklace has two or three separate strands that sit at different lengths, usually joined at the back and finished with a medallion, chandbali or pendant at the front. Most are in an antique gold-tone finish with red, green or pink stones and pearl drops.
Because the strands already do the layering, a layered necklace is a complete look on its own: wear it over a saree or a lehenga with a simple pair of studs or jhumkas. Pieces named "with Earrings" include a matching pair.
Two or three, depending on the design. The product photos and the name (for example "Three Strand") show how many.
A long necklace is a single chain, usually with one pendant. A layered necklace has two or three strands at different lengths for a fuller look.
Put it on last and take it off first. Keep it away from perfume, water and sweat, wipe it with a soft dry cloth after wearing, and store each piece on its own in the pouch it came in. Care Guide
